Through the new "International Credit Mobility" action - ICM for short - European HEIs can now set up mobility agreements with partners from around the world, to send and receive students and staff. The approved grants wil be communicated through the IRO newsletter to the IPT's academic comunity. The newsletter will inform on deadlines, type of grants, rules and documents.

This project, part of IPT's internationalization strategy, was approved under the Erasmus + Program, Education and Training 2023 – Higher Education – Action KA171 – Mobility for Learning Purposes. It runs between 01/08/2023 and 31/07/2026 and allows IN and OUT mobility of students and staff between institutions in the following countries: Kosovo, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Jordan, India and São Tomé and Príncipe.

The AMIGO Consortium, in sustainability and environment field, was created in 2017 on the initiative of 5 higher education institutions - Univ. of Évora, Univ. of Lisbon, Univ. Nova de Lisboa, Univ. of Aveiro and the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar, which belong to the Environmental Studies Network of Portuguese Speaking Countries (REALP).This AMIGO consortium project was approved under the Erasmus + Program, Education and Training 2022 - Higher Education - Action KA171 - Mobility for Learning Purposes. It runs between 01/08/2022 and 31/07/2025 and allows IN and OUT mobility of students and teaching staff between institutions in the following countries: Portugal, Montenegro, Albania, Morocco, Palestine, Lebanon, Tunisia, Egypt, Israel, Algeria , Brazil, Chile, Peru, Colombia, United States of America, East Timor, Angola, South Africa, Cape Verde, Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Senegal, Democratic Republic of Congo, Nigeria, São Tomé and Príncipe, Namibia , Mali, Tanzania.
