UPTomar Strengthens International Dimension with ICM Mobility and Teaching Mission of ASU, Jordan Professors during International Week 2026
As part of the International Week at the Polytechnic University of Tomar (UPTomar), and the celebration of Erasmus Days, we were pleased to welcome Professors Yousef Elsheikh and Yousef Qasrawi, from Applied Science Private University (Jordan), on a teaching mobility program funded by the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) program.

This initiative was an excellent opportunity to strengthen academic cooperation between partner institutions, promote the internationalization of higher education, and provide an exchange of knowledge, experiences, and good pedagogical practices.

During the week, the professors participated in networking sessions, institutional visits, and academic activities, notably the workshops open to the academic community on "Ethical Use of AI" and "Prompt Engineering," which stimulated reflection on the responsible use of artificial intelligence in teaching and learning.

Through the Erasmus+ ICM program, UPTomar continues to strengthen its partnerships with countries from different regions of the world, promoting an enriching international experience for students, teachers, and staff, and consolidating its commitment to a more global, innovative, and inclusive education.
