During the Stay, send to IRO:

8) Changes to Training Agreement (Page 3)
At the end of the Erasmus Period, deliver to IRO:
9) Transcript of Records/Evaluation (Page 4) and Recognition at IPT sent to Academic Services
10) Attendance Certificate
11) Final Report: a link will be sent by email
